Time Deserves Patience
We restore mechanical watches with the unhurried attention they were built to receive. Each caliber is approached as a singular mechanism with its own history and character.
Our Services
Three levels of engagement, each designed for different needs and timelines. All work is performed with the same measured attention.

Why Epoch
Three principles guide every restoration we undertake.
Unhurried Observation
Each watch receives a dedicated period of initial assessment before any intervention begins. We identify not just what has failed, but why it failed.
Documented Process
Every step is recorded with systematic photographs. This documentation becomes part of your watch's continuing history.
Transparent Communication
You receive regular updates throughout the service. If unexpected conditions arise, we discuss them before proceeding.
Your Watch Has a Story
Whether it requires a simple adjustment or a complete restoration, we approach each timepiece with the patience and precision it deserves.
Start a ConversationCommon Questions
How long does a typical service take?
Service duration varies by complexity. A shock system inspection typically requires three to five business days. A full caliber service spans three to four weeks. Legacy restoration engagements extend from eight to sixteen weeks depending on the scope of work.
Do you service all watch brands?
We specialize in mechanical movements from established Swiss, German, and Japanese manufacturers. If your watch uses a proprietary caliber or particularly rare movement, we discuss the availability of documentation and parts during the initial assessment.
What is included in the service cost?
Each quoted price covers the labor, standard replacement parts such as gaskets and mainspring, cleaning solutions, and regulated timing. If specialized components are needed, we provide a detailed estimate before ordering.
How do I begin the process?
Contact us to schedule an assessment appointment. We examine the watch, discuss your concerns, and provide a transparent proposal. You then decide whether to proceed. There is no obligation from the initial consultation.
How is my watch protected during service?
Each watch is tracked through a numbered service order. Components are organized systematically during disassembly. Work is performed in a controlled environment with appropriate dust protection. Your watch remains in our secured premises throughout the entire service period.
