Watch service tools

Our Services

Three levels of engagement designed for different needs and timelines. Each performed with the same measured attention to detail.

Our Approach

Every service begins with a thorough assessment period. We examine the watch under magnification, test its functions across positions, and review any visible wear patterns. This initial observation phase informs our service proposal and establishes realistic expectations.

During service, we maintain systematic documentation. Each component's position during disassembly is photographed. Wear patterns on critical surfaces are recorded. This documentation serves multiple purposes: it verifies the work performed, creates a historical record, and allows detailed technical discussion with you about specific conditions discovered.

Post-service regulation spans minimum forty-eight hours. The watch is observed across multiple positions, with timing recorded at regular intervals. We adjust regulation gradually rather than making large corrections, which allows the hairspring to stabilize naturally. The watch is considered complete only when it demonstrates consistent performance across this observation period.

Shock system components

Shock System Inspection

Assessment and servicing of the watch's shock protection system — typically Incabloc, Kif, or equivalent mechanisms. The shock springs are inspected for correct tension and positioning. Jewel settings are checked for security. If components are worn or damaged, they are replaced with correct-specification parts.

Service Includes:

  • Complete shock spring tension verification
  • Jewel setting security assessment
  • Replacement of worn or damaged components
  • Balance wheel alignment verification
  • Documentation of findings

Turnaround: 3–5 business days

NT$5,500

This service is particularly relevant for watches that have been dropped or subjected to impact, and can resolve intermittent timekeeping issues caused by displaced balance jewels.
